We’re a fast-growing last-mile delivery company based in Copenhagen, and we’re looking for a talented and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team and help us identify and pursue new business opportunities. As the ideal candidate, you’ll have a strong business acumen and a passion for building relationships and creating value for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients and partners
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate new business leads
  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads, tracking progress and updating records
  • Collaborate marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay up-to-date on market trends
  • Assist with proposal development, contract negotiation, and other sales-related activities as needed


  • 1+ years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes, strategies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Proven track record of generating new business leads and driving revenue growth
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, ability to multitask, and attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in Danish and English.
